Tom Hughes Park is located in Austin, Texas.

Access is easiest by boat (launching is possible at Mansfield Dam Park) but shore diving may be possible from Tom Hughes Park but expect a small rock climb down to the lake. There are a series of buoys marking out a closed swimming area, this is where the grottos are at about 20m. It is possible to more a small boat to the buoys, descend down the securing line to about 40m and swim towards the bank while ascending up the slope to find a series of grottos. The slope ascends up to the surface making any safety stop easy.
